To start a support request, you simply send an email to our support team. Once an email request has been received a service ticket is generated within minutes, sending you a confirmation that the request has been received. 

Requests are reviewed as they arrive and prioritized according to urgency. You will receive email updates on the progress of your help request. If you have an urgent issue, we have procedures in place to move the issue to higher priority. 

Customers enrolled in a managed IT service plan receive front-of-the-line priority 

 

Remote support

Included with managed IT service plans, remote support allows us remotely connect to your computer and work through the issue with you. Most issues can be resolved remotely and can save you more time and money vs. scheduling onsite support. 

 

Onsite support

While many issues can be resolved utilizing remote support, some issues require onsite support. Once it’s determined onsite support is needed, we will work with you on scheduling a time that works best.
